All prices are listed in CAD & usd and are subject to change without notice. We accept various payment methods as outlined during checkout. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays).
• Delivery Time: Shipping timelines depend on your location and the chosen shipping method. For international orders, customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
• Lost or Delayed Packages: Contact us at hello@choast.com if your package is delayed or missing.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
• Process: Email us at hello@choast.com with your order details to initiate a return.
• Refunds: Refunds cover the purchase price of the item only. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

8. Loyalty Program

Participation in the Choast Loyalty Program is subject to additional terms outlined on our Loyalty Program page. Points are non-transferable, expire after 12 months, and are governed by program rules.

9. Affiliate Program

Participation in the Choast Affiliate Program is subject to additional terms outlined on our Affiliate Program page. Affiliates must comply with all applicable guidelines, including prohibited activities such as fake sales or self-referrals.
